Leon McCauley had established a solid reputation in the regional construction markets when he founded MCCAULEY CONSTRUCTORS INC. over two decades ago. Leon is in his 30th year designing, entitling and building commercial projects through the Rocky Mountain Region of the western U.S. Leon has successfully completed over 700 major construction projects in his career, with the majority as multi-million-dollar ventures.

 

Leon is known for personally working one-on-one with clients, creating concept and program designs and cost solutions, along with project development and entitlements through city, county and state-level processes. He establishes and coordinates the design and development teams for each of his clients, tailored to their individual needs, and oversees all phases of the project to ensure project goals, schedules, budgets, and client needs are being met. Leon is committed to assuring that every project that comes through his company is completed with his rigorous quality standards, maximum cost-effectiveness and ultimate client satisfaction.

 

Leon is co-founder of MCCAULEY DEVELOPMENT GROUP (MDG) and is responsible for the development of pre-construction infrastructure oversight and overall risk management for the company. He is also responsible for the construction side of projects, and cost control to maximize value for development.
