Vice President of Operations

Shawn Ingram brings over 25 years of experience, expertise, and client relationships to his role at McCauley Constructors, Inc. Prior to his position at McCauley, Shawn served in various operational and executive leadership roles and managed a wide variety of projects totaling over $2 billion at his previous firms. 

 

Shawn brings robust experience across a wide range of product types including commercial, industrial, heavy-civil, healthcare, multi-family, and correctional projects. It is here where Shawn’s belief in delivering projects in a truly collaborative environment has led to his projects being delivered on time, under budget, and with a high level of focus on safety and quality.

 

Shawn is responsible for the overall execution of McCauley's field operations, including developing key initiatives, talent growth and development, and ensuring all of McCauley’s projects are delivered to their clients with exceptional results. Aligned with the company’s belief in treating their clients, trade partners and employee’s in a genuine manner, Shawn is passionate about improving the way we plan, communicate, and deliver our projects with one of his core values of "doing the common things in life in an uncommon way."

Shawn has served in various roles and capacities for local and national industry organizations including AGC, ABA, AZ Water - WEF (Water Environment Federation), and charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Northern Colorado’s Serve 6:8.

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife and family while volunteering with local organizations helping improve the lives of others.
